In accordance with Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. In such a case, you will receive a refund of the purchase costs in accordance with the applicable regulations.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing by e-mail. You then have 14 days, counted from the day you received the order, to return it to us.

The method of return shipment and covering its costs are your responsibility. You are legally obliged to ensure that, in the event of a return, the product is sent back to us in an undamaged condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to take appropriate action and refuse to accept the return.
These terms do not affect your other consumer rights and are not intended to replace them. For more information about your rights as a consumer protected by distance selling regulations, please contact your local authorities or UOKiK (Office of Competition and Consumer Protection).

If you believe that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please inform our Customer Service Office. Do not return the products immediately—contact us first so that we can discuss the appropriate solution. This may include repair, replacement of parts, replacement of the entire product, or a refund. In the case of a return, you will receive a full refund of the costs incurred for the damaged product.
