The entire creation process—from fabric production to cutting, sewing, and packaging—takes place in our Łódź facilities. If you are making a purchase as a Consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code or as a sole proprietor (an individual entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for you), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods. If the subject of the contract is multiple goods delivered separately, this period expires after 14 days from the date on which you acquired possession of the last of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the last of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different solution and this does not incur any additional costs for you. Please send back or hand over the returned goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
