If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, i.e., it must have the original tags and show no signs of use. To cancel the contract and return the purchased product, please submit a written statement and send it to our company address along with the returned product(s).

If you wish to return the goods using our shipping service, please notify us via email at sklep@alfaram.pl, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

A shipping fee of 150 PLN gross per mirror is charged for pickup by our carrier.

Pickup by our carrier ensures 100% safety for the returned product.

If you choose to return the goods via a carrier of your choice, please review the return requirements for mirrors specified by that carrier

Exclusion of the Right to Withdraw from the Contract

The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of:

a contract in which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy the consumer’s individualized needs. Consequently: a product made to the Customer’s individual order is not returnable.
